You might have heard of traditional fine flour kachori but I tried for the first time Bread Chicken Kachori and it was not that difficult to make
- Potato
- Chicken
- Bread
- Green Chilli
- Green PEas
- Spices
- Thyme Leaves
- Oil
Start with basic peeling of potatoes
Make thread like chicken
Mix them altogether
I did not used baking soda and was still able to achieve this shape
It was very delicious but it was heavy. You can't easily have two of these in aftari.
