家人们，不知道你们吃过蒜苔吗？甜甜的脆脆的感觉很好吃。之前都是在学校吃过没有自己买来煮过。因为买了红肠就想搭配这个蒜苔一起炒着吃，因为以前食堂也是这么搭配的。那天去菜市就专门找蒜苔买，但是买了之后炒熟了吃的时候才意识到不对，蒜苔是圆鼓鼓的，我买的是有棱角的感觉，然后我一查，发现我买的是韭菜苔。🙃

帅哥知道我爱吃田螺鸭脚煲，然后他就去买了田螺和鸭脚，说炒田螺给我吃。调料买了紫苏、生姜、小米辣、韭菜。 把菜和螺洗好，切好，帅哥先把螺的水分炒干，然后出锅，炒调料，再放螺和鸭脚什么的进去一起炒。最后放水焖一阵子再放韭菜，最后出锅。 卖相不错，味道也还是蛮不错的，韭菜绿油油的，田螺也很大。美中不足的是我吸不出来这个田螺。
