The sauce juice chicken feet are very simple to make and taste very delicious; in China, the sauce juice chicken feet are a great appetizer.
1: chicken feet (85 g); 2: shallot (4 g); 3: ginger (8 g); 4: garlic (8 g); 5: octagonal (1 g); 6: cinnamon (1 g);
7 : fragrant leaves (0.5 g); 8: cooking wine (6 g); 9: soy sauce (10 g); 10: salt (6 g); 11: white sugar (5 g);
12: thirteen incense (5 g) ; 13: chicken essence (4 g); 14: vegetable oil (10 g).
1: Clean the chicken feet and then cut off the nails;
2: Pour the water into the pot and boil, then add chicken feet, shallot, ginger (4 g), garlic (4 g) and cooking wine (3 g), and cook for 6-8 minutes on high heat;
3: Pour the vegetable oil into the pot and heat to 30%, then add cinnamon, star anise, fragrant leaves, ginger (4 g), garlic (4 g) and chicken feet, stir fry for 2 minutes on medium heat;
4: Pot put in the soy sauce, cooking wine (3 g) and water (220 ml), boil over high heat;
5: Then put salt, sugar, thirteen incense and chicken essence in the pot, cover and simmer for 30 minutes;
6: Finally, use the big fire to collect the sauce juice, and then finish.
1: Chicken feet should be soaked in clean water for 15 minutes, so that the blood in the chicken feet can be removed;
2: Use a large fire when cook chicken feet (please refer to step 2);
3: Use a small fire when fry seasonings, put in chicken feet and stir fry for 2 minutes on medium heat;
4: Finally, you must use a large fire to collect the sauce juice, so that the taste of the chicken feet will be more fragrant.
