Sushi is a famous Japanese snack, and I personally prefer vegetable sushi. It is very simple to make, the main raw materials are seaweed, rice, vegetables and eggs, and the nutrition is more comprehensive, more suitable for people during weight loss.
1: rice (45 g); 2: seaweed (4 g); 3: cucumber (8 g); 4: carrots (8 g); 5: ham sausage (6 g);
6: eggs (two); 7: white vinegar (3.5 g); 8: salt (3 g); 9: white sugar (2.5 g); 10: vegetable oil (2 g).
1: Cut the ham, carrots and cucumber into strips;
2: Pour the water into the pot and boil, then add the carrots and cook for 3 minutes;
3: Add eggs and salt (1.5 g) to the bowl, stir well, then pour it into the pan and fry it, then cut into strips;
