Cheese Cake
Cheese cake is an American dessert, and the American method remains the most common. It is easy to prepare recipes
Ingredients :
1- Three packets of biscuits.
2- Two packets of strawberry jam.
3- Ten cubes of kiri cheese.
4- Mold of medium-sized butter.
5- Half a cup of warm water.
6- One pack of condensed milk.
7- One packet of cream.
8- Gelatin powder.
How to prepare :
- Break the biscuits well until smooth
- Prepare the cheesecake mold, to be about 20 cm in size
- Spread the biscuits and butter evenly in the mold
- Put the mold in the refrigerator for about an hour until it freezes
- Add two tablespoons to another bowl of gelatin powder and a quarter cup of water, and mix well until the gelatin absorbs water and freezes
- Put a quarter of a cup of boiled water on the fire and leave the gelatin inside until it melts well, and let it cool down
- Mix in a special bowl of cheese, cream, and milk using the electric racket, mix well, add orange peel, lemon or mandelina, warm gelatin and mix all ingredients well
- Add the cream to the mixture, and mix with a wooden spoon
- Place the mixture over the biscuits and leave in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours
- Add the strawberries over the cheesecake
