Today is a bit brighter than yesterday and the temperature is higher, there is a lot of sunshine in the sky. But it rained a lot last night. It rained almost throughout the night. Due to which we needed some sunshine or bright environment today. In fact the environment does its best for us but we always do the opposite.
Today I will share with you another easy recipe. Although I always share more of the tasty and easy recipes. Because everyone prefers to make less tasty and simple recipes. And this is why I live them. But there is another reason in my case, that is I am employed so I cannot spend much time.
Today's recipe is Red amaranth, although it is produced more in winter in our country but now it is available only for twelve months. Because along with technology, our thinking is also changing quite well, so we take great opportunity to produce those fruits or vegetables out of season. Because the demand for seasonal fruits or vegetables is a little higher.
Recipe Ingredients-
Red amaranth 300 grams
2 onions
Garlic 1
5 raw chilies
2 dry chillies
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tsp.
Recipe preparation phase-
First I put a pan in the oven and heat oil, then lightly fry it with dry chillies, garlic and onions.
Onion and garlic were lightly fried along with red amaranth, then I added salt to it.
Then I added raw chillies, cooked it like this for some time, then covered it with a lid for some time.
I removed the lid and cooked it for some time, drained the vegetable water and took it down for serving.
Today's recipe for serving, see how red amaranth fried looks like, but we like to eat this lightly dry red amaranth. However, many cook in a different way with a little broth.
But I like this dry style better. In fact, as one likes, as long as the taste is right. Because any recipe without taste is a failure, there will be no attraction or interest in it.
I am a determined girl, I want to take myself to great heights. I know the challenge is tough, but I still want to go ahead and test my abilities. I don't want to lose before I lose, but I want to win through struggle. I love to write, I love to express my imagination.
