Ingredients

250 gr of beef
Sufficient salt, sugar, flavor and pepper
Sufficient water and cooking oil
Ground spices:
8 red onions
4 garlic
3 large red chili pepper
3 cayenne
3 segments of turmeric
1 tbsp coriander
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 lengkoas segment
4 chives onion
Roasted:
1/2 half coconut
3 bay leaves
4 orange leaves
Step
Prepare coconut
Wash the meat and thinly sliced
Ulek / blender spices until smooth. Except the orange leaves
Roasted coconut with bay leaves and oranges until slightly dry
Saute the finer spices in different pan then enter the orange leaves. Cook until fragrant and discolour.
Enter the meat, mix well and add water. Boil until the water is almost shrinking. Give salt et al and taste correction.
Transfer the meat to the coconut pan, stirring until smooth.
Add the remaining spices and stir back.
Correct the flavor and serve!
