So I'm back home from our road trip and since we haven't been grocery shopping yet we came out to dinner!
We chose a place right by our house called Cork and Fork, and to our surprise they serve local produce and beers!
I ordered a local beer called an OB Pilsner, it tastes like honey and I think OB may stand for orange blossom. It was very similar to a Blue Moon. My husband ordered a Dukes Brown Ale, he gave it a 4/5 on the Untapped app, and he's a tough critic!
As an appetizer we got panko crusted goat cheese with slices of toasted baguette, it was AMAZING!
I ordered a pan seared cauliflower steak that comes in a garlic butter sauce with sliced squash, spinach, and carrots. It was delicious!
My husband split a burger with our friend and they both said it was good. The beef is grassfed from a farm in Tampa, FL that's on an Indian reservation!
I'll be getting back to writing the series on our road trip asap, but for now, thanks for joining me at dinner!
