猸愶笍 Cabbage 200g.
猸愶笍 About 2 green chilies.
猸愶笍 A small onion.
猸愶笍 Curry leaves.
猸愶笍 2 Pandan psc .
猸愶笍 A tablespoon of garlic and ginger paste
猸愶笍 3 Tablespoon of Coconut oil.
猸愶笍 1/2 Teaspoon of Mustard seed.
猸愶笍 Salt as needed.
猸愶笍 1/3 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
猸愶笍 1/2 teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
猸愶笍 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder.
First, finely slice the onions, garlic, and green chilies.
Next, wash the cabbage thoroughly and slice it thinly.
Next, place a pan on the stove and add about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Let the oil heat up. Once it's hot, add mustard seeds, garlic and ginger paste, curry leaves, pandan leaves, onions, turmeric powder, and curry powder. Saut茅 the mixture until fragrant.
Next, add the finely chopped cabbage into the pan and mix well. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Add the required amount of salt and chili powder to it, mix well, and saut茅 for about 5 minutes. Then remove from the heat.
