@detlev: Electric Light by Mad Giant!!
Friday evening after work, I built a nice fire for the customary Braai!! Well there is only one thing that goes extremely well with a warm Braai Fire, and that is an Ice Cold Beer!! As luck would have it, I did go and buy quite a few nice Craft Beers on Thursday!! (One of the strange Lock-Down rules for Covid-19 in South Africa, is that we can only buy liquor from Monday to Thursday between 9:00 and 17:00)
The first one I tested was the Electric Light, brewed by Mad Giant. It is a WEISS that comes in a 340 ml bottle and is quite light with 4.5% alcohol.
It is unpasteurized and unfiltered!! I looked at this BEER in awe, with love struck eyes!! This was the first BEER, I bought since the lock-down and I was really looking forward to it!!
It was time for the pour!! And what a beauty it was, just look at that pour!! Nice bright head on top of a golden color brew!!

Finally the time for tasting was there, and I was not disappointed, it had a nice subtle hoppy taste, not to much, just right. This was a great drinking BEER for every occasion, and this braai was just the perfect setting to drink this one!!
