It just so happens that there are a lot of water jambu at home so I'm bored of just eating them like that.I usually eat it with salt and chili, but today I want to make something different, namely by adding sweet soy sauce, chili sugar, and a little oyster sauce to sweeten it.I'm sure you have the ingredients used at home
The ingredients I use are not many: granulated sugar, soy sauce, chili, and lime.Actually, granulated sugar can be replaced with Javanese sugar鈥攖he brown-colored sugar, often referred to as gula merah (red sugar)鈥攂ut since I don鈥檛 have any gula merah at home, I鈥檓 using 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar instead.
I often ate this guava rujak. When I was little, my mother often made rujak like this and not only my mother, my neighbors often gathered at my house to enjoy guava rujak because it happened that at that time my house had a lot of guava trees growing and all the neighbors came together to eat rujak at my place.and this is how we make water apple rujak when we have an abundance at home
Curious? Well, just follow the steps that I will share in my post today.
materials used
water jambu to taste sweet soy sauce to taste salt half a teaspoon granulated sugar 1 teaspoon lime juice half a teaspoon oyster sauce and Chili red
manufacturing procedure
First
Before cutting the guava, I washed it first. Because I was afraid there would still be worms stuck to it. After washing it clean, I cut the guava into small pieces, while in other places I added soy sauce.
Second
I mixed it into the soy sauce-based seasoning from earlier, namely granulated sugar, red chili peppers, oyster sauce and a little salt
Third
Next, I took a whole guava and crushed the red chilies until they broke apart and their spiciness was evenly distributed. Then, I added the guava and stirred everything together until the seasoning was also thoroughly mixed in.
RESULTS
And this is the result, my guava rujak is ready and this is a guava rujak with a spicy, salty and savory taste with the addition of oyster sauce making this rujak even more savory and sweet naturally and I deliberately added granulated sugar so that the spicy taste is not too spicy because I deliberately added a lot of red chili peppers.
This rujak is very suitable to be enjoyed when the weather is hot like this, even when the weather is cold it is also very delicious in my opinion and whoever loves spicy, savory, sweet and sour, please come to my house hehehe.so we can rujak together who here likes rujak
Just like me, when it comes to rujak, I really love it, no matter what fruit rujak it is, I've got mango, guava, papaya, and many other fruits that I like.
Thank you 馃檪馃
