Hello, Hive friends! Today, I’d like to introduce a traditional Indonesian dish that you might want to try when you visit Indonesia.RUJAK

It’s called "Rujak." Typically, it’s made with fresh fruits such as unripe mango, pineapple, or rose apples (water apples). If those aren’t available, you can even use alternatives like cucumber, jicama, or raw sweet potato. Interesting, right? 😁

The sauce used is quite unique; it’s a blend of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors. It’s sweetened with palm sugar, which has a distinct, appetizing aroma.

Rujak is perfect for hot weather and can really give you a boost to keep going with your day.

Since I didn’t have any fruit on hand, I just used cucumber, and it tasted incredibly refreshing.

Have you ever tried Rujak?
