A curiously delicious thing! I have had battenburg cake before and I have had cheesecake before, but never in my wildest dreams did I think I would ever have Battenburg Cheesecake!!!
We had our traditional sunday roast at a little bistro in the next town, and then this for dessert, served with 2 dollops of vanilla ice cream, I can tell you it tasted like heaven on earth!
Needless to say there was nothing left on the plate afterwards, and I will definitely be going back again sometime soon.
