Hello friends. Finally I am moving on to the dessert recipe. I'll be making the softest brownies and yes there will be zucchini in them. But let me tell you no one can guess this detail. Without further ado let's get to the recipe.
Begin by washing and grating the zucchinis using the fine side of the grater. If the zucchini skin happens to be tough be sure to remove it.
Take the chocolate bar and break it into small pieces. Proceed to melt the butter and then set it aside to cool.
In a bowl beat the egg and incorporate the sugar, ensuring thorough mixing.
Add the melted butter and grated zucchinis to the egg sugar mixture. Introduce the chocolate pieces and mix everything together.
In a separate bowl combine the flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder. And optional salt.
Gently fold the dry mixture into the egg mixture, stirring until a well combined mixture forms.
Add the cocoa powder and continue mixing until a homogeneous dough is achieved.
Divide the resulting dough into individual portion-sized containers that have been either greased or lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for a variable time depending on your oven (approximately 25-30 minutes). You can use a toothpick to test if they're cooked.
Allow the brownies to cool a bit. After removing them from the oven.
You can pour melted chocolate on top or make a glaze if you like but I don't prefer this because the dessert is already quite sweet. I personally prefer adding strawberries on top. The brownies turn out incredibly tasty and soft with a slightly moist interior. You must definitely give it a try. I'm sure both kids and adults will love it.
