On the caress of your name | Reflection Hunters Contest Round 225

Hands caressing a face,
the face of someone who no longer exists
except in the dispersion of tears
on the surface of sunflowers
that wander in search of water.
Water
allows the caress,
and the caress is the excuse
for those who cannot wash their face,
because a tear cannot be erased
by washing it away in the wind.
A tear
is a tattoo
on the caress of your name.
