NATURE IN REFLECTION // Reflection Hunters Contest -SMARP-Round 291
Good night to all my beloved hive friends ❤️
Oil palm plantations are still my favorite place to look for various kinds of unique insects and wild mushrooms, and it has become a very enjoyable activity to do. In the middle of the oil palm plantation, there is a very dirty puddle of water. The condition is dirty, but it is very tempting because there are so many flying insects there.
Out of curiosity, I started approaching the puddle to check whether there were any fish in it or not. The water was very dirty, and I could not tell, but there were so many tadpoles in the puddle that, at first glance, looked very similar to baby fish.
This is my entry for the Reflection Hunters Contest – Round 291.
Tadpoles are the larval or immature stage of amphibians such as frogs and toads, living in water before undergoing metamorphosis into their adult form. I spent several minutes just observing every movement of these tadpoles. They have a unique shape, but when they gather together, their appearance looks a little creepy.
While I was observing these tadpoles, I was accidentally fascinated by the beauty of nature reflected in the puddle of water. This was when I began to realize that this was a truly amazing natural painting.
In this post, we will see the beauty of nature reflection photography, showcasing the reflections of the sky and the surrounding trees. However, philosophically, reflection is nature's way of expanding space and creating a parallel world that seems to exist beneath the surface of the water.Through reflection, the sky and trees that are actually above us now appear directly before our eyes, as if we could reach out, touch them, and step into them. Of course, this is how a simple view can be transformed into something that looks wider, deeper, and full of beauty.
I took a little time to observe this beauty. Even the slightest movement in the water would make the reflection sway along with it. However, unfortunately, the water in the puddle was very murky, so the colors produced by the reflection also looked less satisfying. This view would be much more beautiful if the water were clean and clear.
Honestly, this is the first time I have intentionally captured the beauty of a natural reflection. It turns out that a view like this can look truly amazing because through reflection, we can see how the water brings two different scenes together into one complete frame.
This has made me very interested, and I will definitely spend more of my time searching for and hunting for beautiful reflections in the future.
