I will share with all of you the preparation of a very rich and simple spicy pepitona dip which is perfect to share at any gathering with family or friends and goes perfectly with bread or crackers.
Los ingrediente que utilice ara su preparación fueron los siguientes / The ingredients used for its preparation were the following
- 1 Lata de pepitona picante / Can of spicy pepitona
- Media cebolla / Half an onion
- Cebollín / cebollin
- 1 Tomate / Tomato
- 1 Ají picante / Chili pepper
- Sal / salt
Comencé esta sencilla preparación picando muy finamente el tomate, la cebolla y el cebollin.
I started this simple preparation by chopping the tomato, onion and chives very finely.
Luego procedí abrir la lata de la pepitonas con mucho cuidado utilizado un cuchillo. Una vez abierta separe las pepitonas de la salsa que trae y esta ultima la coloque en un envase para ser utilizada mas adelante.
Then I proceeded to open the can of pepitonas very carefully using a knife. Once opened, separate the pepitonas from the sauce it comes with and place the latter in a container to be used later.
El siguiente paso fue cortar las pepitonas en trozos muy pequeños.
The next step was to cut the pepitonas into very small pieces.
Para finalizar esta rápida preparación coloque todos los ingrediente en un recipiente y los revolvió muy bien con la ayuda de un tenedor para luego llevarlo a la mesa para degustar.
To finish this quick preparation, place all the ingredients in a container and stir them very well with the help of a fork and then take it to the table to taste.
