Durante la semana santa estuvimos preparando algunas cositas ricas para comer en casa, y una de ellas fueron unos shawarmas de falafel de arvejas que nos quedaron deliciosos, con el plus de que los hicimos desde cero, inclu铆do el pan pita, adem谩s preparamos dos dips que fueron el complemento perfecto de nuestra cena. Pero hoy no les traigo la receta, porque ya en otra oportunidad les mostr茅 c贸mo preparo este delicioso falafel, pero s铆 quer铆a mostrarles qu茅 tal nos quedaron para que se les antojen 馃ぃ

Realmente no es un platillo muy r谩pido de preparar que digamos, porque todo el proceso lleva unos cuantos pasos, pero trabajamos en equipo, as铆 que no result贸 tan pesado.
Mi esposo se encarg贸 de preparar el pan pita, Mat铆as prepar贸 la ensalada que solo ten铆a cebolla, tomate y cilantro, por su parte Miranda me ayud贸 a preparar los dips de ajo y berenjena y yo de preparar los falafels, as铆 que como ven hicimos muy buen equipo.

Este 煤ltimo paso fue responsabilidad m铆a, ya que logro hacerlo sin que se desarmen, y una vez todo listo nos sentamos a disfrutar de una deliciosa cena completamente hecha en casa, y sin dudas absolutamente deliciosa.

La verdad no me parece una receta complicada, pero s茅 que no todos disponen del tiempo para prepararla en casa, pero pueden comprar el pan pita y preparar algunas salsas a base de mayonesa y listo. Tendr谩n un platillo muy rico para disfrutar en casa y salir de la rutina.
