Hoy es día de manualidades en mi blog, aprovechando como les he dicho en estos días, que tengo materiales lindos y además estoy inspirada, y para el día de hoy les raigo el paso paso de un brazalete con una combinación de cristales de swarovski cuadrados y en forma de rombo, una combinación que sin dudas me encantó porque es súper delicada, muy linda y por supuesto, con mucho brillo.

As I've mentioned recently, I have some lovely materials and I'm feeling inspired, so today I'm going to show you step by step how to make a bracelet with a combination of square and diamond-shaped Swarovski crystals. I absolutely love this combination because it's super delicate, very pretty and, of course, very sparkly.

Esta pulsera es bastante sencilla de hacer, ya que al igual que todas las que he estado realizando, simplemente se trata de conectar piezas, el tema está en variar el diseño, los materiales y por supuesto el estilo de nuestros accesorios para tener algo diferente para cada ocasión. En este caso el brazalete de hoy es un poquito más elegante, así que quizá no sea para utilizar con outfits casuales, pero la verdad depende mucho de nuestro gusto y estilo, así que por aquí les dejo los materiales y el paso a paso.

This bracelet is quite simple to make, since, like all the ones I've been making, it's just a matter of connecting pieces. The key is to vary the design, materials, and, of course, the style of our accessories to have something different for every occasion. In this case, today's bracelet is a little more elegant, so it may not be suitable for casual outfits, but it really depends on our taste and style, so here are the materials and step-by-step instructions.

Paso a paso/Step by step

Para la elaboración de este brazalete vamos a crear dos piezas diferentes, una con los cristales cuadrados y cuentas cuadradas y otras con un cristal de swarovski en forma de rombo en solitario.

Para comenzar vamos a trabajar con los cristales de swarovski de forma cuadrada y en este caso vamos a necesitar un alfiler de ojo, 2 cuentas cuadradas y un cristal y el procedimiento será el siguiente: tomaremos el alfiler de ojo por el cual hacemos pasar una cuenta de las cuadradas seguida de un cristal de swarovski y finalmente por otra pieza, cuadrada.

To make this bracelet, we are going to create two different pieces, one with square crystals and square beads and another with a single diamond-shaped Swarovski crystal.

To begin, we will work with the square Swarovski crystals. In this case, we will need an eye pin, two square beads, and a crystal. The procedure will be as follows: we will take the eye pin and thread a square bead onto it, followed by a Swarovski crystal and finally another square piece.

Como vamos a conectar piezas entre sí, vamos a cortar el excedente de nuestro alfiler dejando aproximadamente poco menos de un centímetro de largo, el cual doblaremos hacia adentro con ayuda de la pinza redonda para crear nuestro "ojo" en ese extremo.

De ésta, vamos a necesitar 5 piezas.

Since we are going to connect the pieces together, we will cut off the excess from our pin, leaving approximately less than a centimeter in length, which we will bend inward with the help of the round pliers to create our "eye" at that end.

We will need 5 pieces of this.

Seguidamente creamos la segunda pieza de nuestro brazalete, y como les dije arriba, vamos a utilizar solamente un cristal de swarovski para elaborarla, así que únicamente necesitamos un alfiler de ojo por el cual haremos pasar una pieza de cristal de swaroski en forma de rombo y cortaremos el excedente del alfiler dejando el mismo largo que con la pieza anterior y creamos nuestro ojo en el extremo.

De estas piezas vamos a realizar ocho, aunque esto dependerá del largo que deseen para su brazalete, en mi caso, yo necesité ocho.

Next, we will create the second piece of our bracelet, and as I mentioned above, we will only use one Swarovski crystal to make it, so we only need an eye pin through which we will thread a diamond-shaped Swarovski crystal piece and cut off the excess pin, leaving it the same length as the previous piece, and create our eye at the end.

We will make eight of these pieces, although this will depend on the length you want for your bracelet. In my case, I needed eight.

De esta forma tenemos listas las piezas necesarias para nuestro brazalete y ya solo tenemos que unir alternando las piezas entre sí y al final de cada extremo, vamos a terminar con dos piezas de cristales de swarovski en forma de rombo de cada lado y de esta forma tenemos listo todo el largo de nuestro brazalete.

Now we have all the pieces we need for our bracelet. All we have to do is join them together, alternating the pieces, and at each end, we will finish with two diamond-shaped Swarovski crystals on each side. And now our bracelet is complete.

Lo siguiente que haremos será conectar a cada extremo las piezas necesarias para cerrar el brazalete, y en este caso utilicé una argolla pequeña en uno de los extremos, la que colocaremos con ayuda de las pinzas, y para el otro extremo colocamos nuestro cerrador, que en este caso utilicé uno en forma de broche ya que se trata de una pieza bastante delicada y me parecía que se veía mejor con él.

The next step is to connect the necessary pieces to each end to close the bracelet. In this case, I used a small ring at one end, which we will attach with the help of pliers, and at the other end we will attach our clasp. In this case, I used a brooch-shaped clasp, as it is a fairly delicate piece and I thought it looked better with it.

Como pueden ver es un trabajo que no tiene mayores complicaciones, de hecho es bastante sencillo de hacer, lo importante en estos casos para obtener un lindo resultado es el diseño que escojamos, la prolijidad de nuestro trabajo y por supuesto los materiales.

As you can see, it's not a particularly complicated job; in fact, it's quite simple to do. The important things in these cases, in order to achieve a nice result, are the design we choose, the neatness of our work, and, of course, the materials.
