El sábado compré mi primera suculenta, una Echeveria Fabiola (hoy he descubierto su nombre), y no de pueden imaginar lo contenta que me puse, ya que llevaba mucho tiempo queriendo comprarla. De hecho, estaba esperando una que me iban a regalar, pero como todo estaba tardando tanto, y encontré esta preciosidad por sólo 1$, claro que tuve que comprarla.
El caso es que no podía de ninguna manera ponerla en una maceta común y corriente, y es que esta preciosidad necesitaba una maceta bonita, así que decidí tirarme un DIY y hacer esta maceta con jean y patas de madera que pensé que quedaría perfecta con el color de esta suculenta, y finalmente le puse unas piedrecitas que terminaron por hacerla aún más bonita.
Creo que la combinación de colores, incluyendo las piedras decorativas, crearon justo lo que buscaba, darle un lugar especial a esta belleza y por supuesto hacer lucir mucho más mi sala, que se ve mucho mas linda con esta belleza.
Sé que aún es pequeña para el tamaño de la maceta, pero pronto crecerá.
On Saturday I bought my first succulent, an Echeveria Fabiola (today I discovered its name), and you can't imagine how happy I was, as I had been wanting to buy it for a long time. In fact, I was waiting for one that I was going to get as a gift, but since everything was taking so long, and I found this beauty for only 1$, of course I had to buy it.
The thing is that there was no way I could put it in an ordinary pot, and this beauty needed a nice pot, so I decided to do a DIY and make this pot with jeans and wooden legs that I thought would be perfect with the color of this succulent, and finally I put some pebbles that ended up making it even prettier.
I think the combination of colors, including the decorative stones, created just what I was looking for, to give a special place to this beauty and of course to make my living room look much nicer with this beauty.
I know it is still small for the size of the pot, but it will grow soon.
