When I was looking through the contents of my phone gallery, I suddenly managed to find several photos that reminded me of such a very enjoyable moment. A moment when my friend and I took a trip to the city of Bireuen at night, and the time I spent there was filled with so many interesting things.
In my opinion, this is a very interesting experience for me to tell here because there are several pictures that will show how beautiful the city of Bireuen is at night, filled with colorful lights, as well as the time I spent tasting various kinds of delicious local culinary dishes.
And this is the view of the Simpang Empat Monument in Bireuen City. This monument has become an important symbol and a central point of the city, located at the intersection of the main road connecting Banda Aceh - Medan. At night, this monument looks very aesthetic because it is filled with colorful lights. Anyone will certainly be able to find and see the beauty of this monument because of its very strategic location.
Of course, the atmosphere at night is much calmer compared to the daytime, so traveling and seeing the views of the city is such an enjoyable thing to do.
We have already passed through many areas and intersections, so it is time for us to look for some delicious culinary dishes that are suitable to enjoy at night.
My next destination is to head toward the street food vendor area located on the outskirts of Bireuen City. In my area, a place like this is usually called Rex, which is an iconic night culinary center filled with dozens of street food vendors along the road.
However, to get there, I had to pass the Kota Juang Monument first, and I also managed to capture the view of the monument.
Along this road, we can find so many street food vendors selling various kinds of food and drinks, and most of them still use food carts.Rex is also one of the busiest areas in Bireuen City, especially at night.
As far as I know, almost every city in Aceh certainly has an iconic night culinary center like this. Of course, this is a good thing, because having a place like this can bring a lively atmosphere filled with warmth.
The cold night atmosphere made me want to eat something warm and spicy, and without thinking for long, I immediately headed to a meatball stall located around this area.
Actually, I don't really like meatball noodles, but this particular food has a very perfect taste when enjoyed at night, perhaps because it goes well with the cold night atmosphere.
