Mushroom lightning
Ingredients
2 persons
500 grams Oyster mushrooms
1 large packet of Sajiku flour
1 small pack of flour
Cooking oil
Step
15 minutes
Wash the mushrooms and then fainted
After being cast, squeeze the mushrooms by hand to reduce the water content
Prepare a jar of flour pour sajiku mixed with flour, then enter the mushroom
Close the jar tightly, then shaked until mushrooms wrapped in flour evenly
Fry mushrooms with lots of oil until browned
Lift and serve
