So tonight i made chicken cordon bleu.
I decided that i waa going to change up the recipe a little. I used goldfish for a breading. So i did, 3 cups goldfish blended up and egg batter. I used provolone amd ham inside of the chicken after i butterflied them. Baked for 35min at 350. It turned out super good. I wanted a few a little more spicy so i added jalapeno to 2 of them.
