Why do I start hating everything and everyone after some time
One possibility for "everyone" is that you are not effectively setting boundaries with those around you. If these people deliberately or unknowingly invade your space and limit your autonomy, you will feel sick of them. Perhaps you don't feel like you deserve to stand up for yourself, or fear the consequences of doing so? Maybe they let you down and you don't know how to handle disappointment? Perhaps you feel like you're letting them down and you want to cut them and their judgment out of your life? I would risk a very good guess that there is a lot involved in hating "everyone".
Ask yourself if you are sure you hate them, or are you resentful of the role they are currently playing in your misery?
Hating "everything" comes naturally from hating everyone else. It's hard to enjoy the scenery when you're filled with anger and resentment.
What to do... well, the things I try to do are:
Focus on the people and things you're grateful for (some will be, if not you're not working hard enough). If you build enough gratitude for these you may find that it spreads to other difficult areas of your life.
Take some time out for yourself. If people tell you that you are doing it wrong, they are imposing on you. You have every right to your own peace of mind. You may need more time to recharge especially if you are a natural introvert.
Accept your feelings. Feeling is never wrong, no matter what the feeling. How you deal with it matters. Also remember that feelings fade. You won't always feel that way.
Remind yourself that everyone has their struggles, not to dismiss yours, but to understand where they are coming from and foster compassion.
(I should say something here about effective communication and setting boundaries. I'm suck on that stuff, so you should probably just google it. It's really important, though!)
I could be completely wrong on all of this. Maybe you are feeling this way for some other reason. There may be a medical reason for this, so it may be worth investigating if it goes on for some time.
These are simply reasons and movements that have (somewhat) worked for me. I hope they work for you, or you will find something that does.
