- I have to mention that last week I went to Mrs Janka's 101st birthday party in Orunia. The birthday girl is doing quite well for her age. It's true that she walks around the house leaning against the walls, but she can still fry pancakes by herself. When we came to her, she was just peeling potatoes and helping her daughter.
I asked her about the secret of her longevity. She replied that her mother collected herbs and gave her wormwood every day. Besides, she is a cheerful person. Despite various adversities in life, she tries not to complain and think of others.
