The path to the forest goes through the old cemetery.
This cemetery is home to many birds.
The first bird I met was the Siberian Chiffchaff. She sat on a branch and sang songs, when I approached her, she flew over to the fence of the grave.
Of course, this territory is always patrolled by black kites.
Well, of course, what a forest without the well-known forest singers - chaffinches. Moreover, females have already arrived from wintering, which arrive much later than males.
There are a lot of thrushes in the cemetery this year. Here is a redwing who ran out from somewhere to drink.
And of course fieldfare, the most numerous thrushes.
Lots of greenfinch this year too. Moreover, they flew back in mid-March, when it was cold.
After spending a lot of time in the cemetery, I finally went to the forest.
I heard the voice of the redstart and went in this direction. Although I could not hear him and still go to that place, because from year to year in this place I meet the male of this bird.
Strange, there are a lot of birds in this forest this year. And there were a lot of bramblings too.
Of course, the chipmunks are already awake. Look at his tail! What's happened?
Stop, wait... Seriously? It's redpoll ! How ... These birds, having barely smelled spring, immediately fly away to their home to the north. They are no longer available in March. But yesterday I met three of these birds. It is very strange.
Of course I met a great spotted woodpecker. They are always found throughout the year.
I saw a squirrel near the windbreak. She climbed the branches and gnawed at the bark. I had some seeds and nuts for the birds, it’s good that there weren’t many left, I poured them on a log. I hope she found them later.

Ants crawled through the trees. But in general, there are still few insects in the forest.
Yes, there is still snow in some places. Basically, these are ravines with a tributary of the river.
This is where I decided to take a break.
Of course, I didn't succeed. Because there are many birds in the forest. Here is a coal tit sitting next to a tree and singing a song.
Then the willow tit appeared and began to tear the bark from the branches, to collect material for the nest.
Then two siskins flew in.
In this place, after winter, a small lake of melted snow always forms. And suddenly, I met two ducks here! They got scared of me and flew away.
I went down to take a closer look at this place. And the duck, the male mallard came back to look at me.
And this is a river that flows through the forest.
Going deeper into the forest, I met a treecreeper.
There was a tree pipit nearby. He sang a song, flew up, gradually descended. This was beautiful.
A willow warbler sang in the bushes near the river. The bird was not afraid of me at all.
There was a rustic bunting in the bushes by the river. It was very difficult to photograph because this male was swimming and arranging his feathers! I only got funny and comical photos of him itching, grimacing, and so on. But still, I managed to catch the moment when he stopped doing it.
It is worth saying that this bird is very rare, and two years ago it was listed in the Red Book of the region as a rare species.
There I saw a couple of ravens. Apparently it was a male and a female.
In this place, the tributary of the river passes under some kind of arch, I don’t know how it is called correctly.
Unfortunately, the sling fastening on the camera broke, so I had to put the camera in my backpack. Yes, and I was very tired, so I turned back home through a picturesque place.
