Have you ever tried a pizza made with cauliflower crust? Firestone Pizza offers such a pizza and I was able to get it without cheese.
When I ordered it, I wondered if the crust would be sturdy enough to hold the ingredients. Well, yes it was able to hold all of the vegetables that I ordered and also reheated very well the next day.
This is a great healthy choice and at least at this particular restaurant the cauliflower pizza crust did not disappoint.
