Greetings dear hivers, this week I have been a bit busy completing projects that I had been behind, but I needed to advance in those aspects, since that is causing all the new tasks that I intend to do to accumulate and in the end I do not do any; That's why these last two weeks I advanced everything I could in those projects that I had behind schedule. Today after several weeks without posting in this great community, I have decided to share with all of you part of the progress I have made; As I have previously commented in other posts on my blog, I am building my room and this last week I was able to paint all the interior walls.
Saludos queridos hivers, esta semana he estado un poco ocupado culminando proyectos que ten铆a atrasados, pero necesitaba avanzar en esos aspectos, ya que eso esta causando que todos las nuevas tareas que me propongo a hacer se me vayan acumulando y al final no realizo ninguna; por eso estas dos 煤ltimas semanas adelant茅 todo lo que pude en esos proyectos que ten铆a atrasados. Hoy despu茅s de varias semanas sin publicar en esta grandiosa comunidad, he decidido compartir con todos ustedes parte del avanc茅 que he logrado realizar; como anteriormente he comentado en otros post de mi blog, me estoy construyendo mi habitaci贸n y esta 煤ltima semana pude pintar todas las paredes del interior.
As all the walls were made of cement, I decided to make a mixture between a little bag of lime paste and a gallon of cheap paint that I bought at a hardware store, aside from that mixture I added a kilo of salt to prevent the lime from crumbling when it covered the walls and adhere well; I made this mixture because cement walls absorb a lot of paint and I wasn't going to be able to cover all the walls inside the room.
Como todas las paredes eran de cemento, decid铆 hacer una mezcla entre un saquito de cal en pasta y un gal贸n de pintura econ贸mica que compr茅 en una ferreter铆a, aparte a esa mezcla le agregu茅 un kilo de sal para evitar que la cal se desmorone cuando cubra las paredes y se adhiera bien; hice esta mezcla porque las paredes de cemento absorben mucha pintura y no me iba a alcanzar para cubrir todas las paredes del interior de la habitaci贸n.
I also installed the outlets in the room and the switch to turn the light on and off.
Tambi茅n instal茅 los tomacorrientes de la habitaci贸n y el interruptor para encender y apagar la luz.
A few months ago I had purchased these two small 12-volt lamps to install in the room, they are recessed lamps and very practical to install; I was finally able to put them in their place and connect them to electricity, now the interior of the room has lighting.
Hace unos meses atr谩s yo hab铆a adquirido estas dos peque帽as l谩mparas de 12 voltios para instalarlas en la habitaci贸n, son l谩mparas empotrables y muy practicas para instalar; ya por fin pude colocarlas en su lugar y conectarlas a la electricidad, ahora el Interior de la habitaci贸n tiene iluminaci贸n.
This last week I made considerable progress in this project, and it is less and less to move to my new comfort space, I hope by the end of this week to be installed in my new room; There are still some repairs to be done, but I'm still working on it to finish as soon as possible, apart from that I also have to repaint the walls so that the white color is well Impregnated, but I'll do that in the coming months, for now I'll leave the walls like this while recovering some capital. Esta 煤ltima semana realic茅 avances considerables en este proyecto, ya cada vez falta menos para mudarme a m铆 nuevo espacio de confort, espero para finales de esta semana ya estar instalado en mi nueva habitaci贸n; todav铆a falta algunos arreglos, pero sigo trabajando en ello para terminar lo mas pronto posible, aparte tambi茅n tengo que volver a pintar las paredes para que el color blanco quede bien Impregnado, pero eso lo har茅 en los meses pr贸ximos, por ahora dejare las paredes as铆 mientras recuper贸 algo de capital.
