Last week i was on a hurry i had and i wanted to eat something healthy fast and low fat
so i thought what was in my fridge??
i took frozen broccoli which i boiled
then one tomato
and a greek light yogurt which i mixed with a tablespoon of curry and a crushed garlic
and some olives
