**1 small can of sardines 1 potato 1 ½ tomatoes 1 clove of red onion 2 cloves of garlic 3 red chilies 2 green chilies 6 cayenne peppers ½ teaspoon of salt 1 stalk of spring onion**

Procedure for Making

Chop the shallots, garlic, and small tomatoes as usual for sautéing. Roughly chop the spring onions and red chilies. I did not chop the small chilies.

Add the chili peppers and scallions and cook until slightly wilted, then add the strained sardine seasoning and don't forget to add water. Then cook until thickened, add the potatoes, and cook the potatoes until tender with the sardine seasoning.

Add salt, and when the potatoes are tender and the water has reduced, add the fried ingredients. Cook briefly, then turn off the stove.

Even though I don't like it, I tasted a little bit and it was indeed delicious. But again, I don't like canned fish, so I didn't enjoy it.
