Essaouira sits along the western Atlantic shore of Morocco and is always windy!
But such a beautiful place. We stayed 3 nights in Essaouira back in mid July and got the chance to visit this awesome place.
Known as Sqala du port and city walls, built in the mid 18th century by Sultan Mohammed III and designed by French military architect Théodore Cornut.
The line up of cannons and the panoramic views makes the day despite the windy weather!
Actually couple of big Hollywood movies have been filmed here, the most famous one being : Game of Thrones as well as John Wick - Chapter 3.
