Hello! Welcome to my blog.
Last weekend I went to my Aunt's home and there I have a snack which was made in appe pan. It was not deeply fried in the oil. I really liked the fritters and the idea too. I asked my Aunt that from where did you get the idea of making non fried fritters?? She said from the Social Media.
Instead of deep frying it is a good and healthy option with less oil. It will take some time because we are cooking in the appe pan not frying in the deep oil.
