So I'm back with another relationship question and I'm sure many of you might be wondering why I'm always asking some of these relationship questions. Well some times it's because of the things I see, either from my neighbors or from total strangers, while sometimes I ask these questions in other to know how to react or behave towards certain things when I find myself in that position.
Now, a lot of people obviously deal with their anger differently. Some prefer to shout at you at the top of their lungs, while some get so angry that they can't just help it but smash something or even beat you up (if you happen to be the one making them angry), while some are so cool that they would rather prefer to go walk it off or even go sit at a corner, just until they're no longer that much pissed off before they return.
Someone like me though, when I get upset by someone, I could say really mean things to you because at that moment, all I want is for you to feel as much pain as I was feeling then. But then there are those times where I get really really angry and all that's on my mind is to hit that person, but I always find a way to walk away. I don't know how I do it but whenever I find myself in such situation yeah, my legs always takes me away from that place or person that is making me angry and I just go cool off somewhere before returning back to that place if I have to.
But my question is, how do you react when your partner does something really stupid that makes you really angry. Do you shout at them like a kid? Do you maybe also say some hurtful things to them or do you just leave them and go be in your own zone?
What do you do?
The reason why I'm asking this is because like I said, people have different techniques in dealing with anger, so I want to know the technique you use in dealing with your spouse when he or she messes up. Like do you sit her down and talk to her slowly? What's the most effective way that you've dealt with your anger that didn't just calm you down, but also made your partner see sense in what ever it is you were saying and also feel remorseful for what ever stupid thing they may have done.
How do you communicate with your partner to make them understand and see reasons with you when you're angry. That's the question.
