Materials Used.
Some cleaned and chopped young jackfruit pieces
1 cup thick coconut milk
2 cups thin coconut milk
4 teaspoons roasted curry powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
Salt, as needed
½ tablespoon black pepper powder
A little goraka
A little chopped onion
2 chopped green chilies
Curry leaves
A piece of rampe (pandan leaf)
1 chopped tomato
Some chopped garlic
A little crushed ginger
The cooking process as follows.
First, let’s get ready to prepare the curry. Take a cooking pot and add the cleaned and chopped young jackfruit, all the spices, the chopped ingredients, goraka, salt, and thin coconut milk. Mix everything well.
Next place the pot on the stove and cook for about 7–8 minutes. Then, add the thick coconut milk and mix it well. 🌿🥥🍛
Next, cook until the curry reaches the desired consistency. Then remove it from the stove. 🍛
