Have a great day, dear friends! How are you? Today, I would like to share with you the latest in culinary art. Fruits are a highly nutritious food, so we are going to use ripe bananas to prepare a delicious dish. Specially prepared for vegetarians, this dish is suitable for everyone. Because it is made without artificial ingredients, it is not harmful to our bodies. Let’s prepare this for a truly inspiring tea time treat.
Materials Used.
2 well-ripened bananas.
Rice flour 120g.
2 Tablespoon of Grated Coconut.
Sugar 100g.
1 Teaspoon of baking powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of soda.
1/2 Cup of hot water.
Salt as needed.
1teaspoon of suduru.
Method of making.
Now let's first take a pot and put about 3 table spoons of sugar in it and put it on the stove and let it heat on low flame. When the sugar caramelizes, add some hot water. Next, after mixing it, add the rest of the sugar and remove it from the heat as a caramel.
Next, we take the two bananas, remove the peel, put them in a bowl and mash them well with a fork.
Now add rice flour to the mashed bananas. Add the sugar caramel, grated coconut, baking powder, baking soda, salt powder, cumin and mix well.
So we can put this mixture in small cups and prepare it easily in an oven. But I didn't have an oven for this car. For those who do not have an oven, the method I will prepare will be easier. For that, take a roti tray and put it on the stove to heat up. Place a small banana leaf on top of the tray and add the mixture we have prepared with a spoon to it and keep it covered to steam for 10 to 15 minutes. As in the following images.
So in this way, you can reduce the amount of fire and the rawness in the middle by keeping it well closed. Below are the prepared banana buns.
So in this way, it is a very tasty and beautiful dish that you feel like eating. A nutritious meal that visitors to the home can enjoy together with family members. Hmmm, I hope you have prepared this and enjoye it. So I will say goodbye for today. Have a great day.
