Hello everyone 👋,
Happy hump day 😎🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. It's another 24 hours to be grateful for, and I have had a great day. Hopefully yours was amazing and as it draws to a close,let's quickly take a look at how my stepping went and also share some of the trending stories I came across. Please keep reading 👓 and here we go again 💨.
So just like yesterday, I kicked off early with a few rounds of brisk walking 👣 and jogging 👟 around the neighborhood 🌲.
It was mostly cloudy but with a beautiful cool breeze 🍃.
Next, I was back indoors where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, a rather quiet day except for the usual political shenanigans 😹.
Globally, Ukraine trending as the UN chief Guterrez stopped by for talks with president Zelensky. This after talks with Putin in Moscow yesterday. Let's hope these talks yield some positive outcomes 💯. Meanwhile, Russia doing the most as it switched off gas supplies to Poland and Bulgaria 😱. They insist on being paid in roubles or nothing at all.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin still in the sideways game 😹, a little boring with these movements between 38 and 41k levels, but keep hodling 💯.
I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the city centre 🌲 for a few errands. Walked around and then headed back home 🏡.
Next came the usual nap 💤. It was amazing and I woke up some time early evening and continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
Also trending, in Myanmar the military junta going ham on Aung San Suu Kyi , sentencing her to 5 years on trumped up corruption charges. They are really killing democracy in that country 😬. Meanwhile US is warning that Iran will be able to produce a nuclear weapon in a matter of weeks 😱. I don't know how they get detailed intelligence info but that's thorough. Anyways, more from the US; Elon Musk's, SpaceX launched 4 astronauts to the ISS, less than two days after completing a flight chartered by millionaires 👏.
Anyways, as the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. I followed the usual route, around the neighborhood 🌲 then the park, before heading back home 🏡 as darkness fell.
