When you plan to reach your goal
It becomes your next stop.
I did it 10k Sunday.
I was on my feet for the whole part of the day
and I walked again this afternoon.
Determination always brings success.
Not an easy road but accomplished!

Lakers parted ways with Ryan West.
Ryan is the son of Jerry West.
Hum ! Conflict of interest?
I am not sure that’s the case
Ryan has been working for Lakers for the last 10 years.
He scouted some good players like Kuzma.
His position with the front office varies through the years.
He is the director personnel of players.
Usually if you are part of an organization
You need to grow in order to control your path.
Indeed Ryan plateaued.
Jeanie is in charge and the Buss family still run the show.
Ryan had been passed on position.
His contract just ended and the need for a guy like him in the Lakers plan is minimal.
I wish the Lakers renew the contract for him to grow with the players.
After 10 years he deserved a raise.
Nobody knows the real story for his departure.
Hopefully Clippers will grab him and learn all the Lakers locker room issues.
So far Magic quit and Ryan left.
Again drama runs in the NBA.
This decision should not affect the players much.
The coaching staff is intact Jason Kidd and head coach Franck Vogel.
One key reason why they don’t keep West,
Lakers sent all first round picks to Pelicans.
No need to pay someone to go scouting.
You can be sure Lakers will rely on free agency to get the players they want.
By the way they are grooming another scouting guy named Nick.
In my opinion He could be a conflict of interest.
Jerry West was a clutch guy when he used to play for the Lakers.
Jerry coached the Lakers.
Jerry was a general manager for the Lakers.
The West family runs deep in Laker land.
Now Jerry took a job right in Lakers face.
I don’t know the real reason he left Lakers but disagreements with Jeanie and Phil Jackson.
Ryan could have work something out but his dad coming so close to home
Made it a little awkward.
I wish him well in his next adventure.
He will get a gig pretty quick.
Maybe New York or Wizards can use his service to rebuild their roster.
We will see where he lands soon.
