Donut Friends,
This is an unusual doughnut. My regular readers and followers will know how much I am partial to a doughnut. Especially a Krispy Kreme. This however, is different.. It's savoury!! I have had these doughnuts before and I have had other flavours that have been on the menu too. I couldn't leave my favourite restaurant without having one of my favourite foodstuffs.

I had these doughnuts with a glass of Veuve Cliquot Yellow Label. I mean, doughnuts and champers! A great combination. Three little beauties sat on a plate. Each one perfect in size, shape and colour. There is nothing worse than a 'blonde' doughnut whether it's sweet or savoury. The inside had a lovely cheese mousse and it had a cheese flavour that was brought out by the sweetness and the hint of bitterness of the burnt honey. I could happily sit and eat a dozen with a couple of glasses and I'd be well away.
