On this occasion edwing357@edwing357, he takes us to do a quick purchase of flour, for this we accompany him to a supermarket located in the city where he is currently located. There he gives us many tips about getting the best deals and the best nutritional quality in flour. Since he is a bakery specialist, he bought wheat flour, with which to make his recipes; and also cornmeal, to make the traditional arepas. A very useful and practical post!

To participate in this vegan challenge, mayraro05@mayraro05 took advantage of her stay in a different commercial establishment from where she does her shopping, however, she found an interesting variety of flours, so she bought wheat flour, rice flour, oat flour, and flour corn. It also offers us the ideal way to preserve these products, disinfecting them beforehand. Interesting post!

NOW LET'S GO WITH THE NEW β€œYOUR VEGGIE SHOPPING”

image.png

In any diet, one of the most important and versatile foods is OIL. Whether or not it is a vegan diet, this is a fundamental ingredient to be able to apply various culinary techniques, as well as to make sauces, vinaigrettes, dressings, among others. In addition, it is a food that can provide us with many vitamins and nutrients. In each country, there is a culture of oil consumption, so it is very interesting to know the consumption habits that you have with respect to oils. So for this new challenge, corresponding to week 10, we want to go shopping with you, but ONLY TO BUY OIL. In this post you will not include any other type of food, only OIL, obviously of vegetable origin, and we also want you to give us advice on buying and preserving this food.
