Today i show you my truffles Pizza recipe! Here is the list ok ingredients:
First mix ricotta cheese and truffles cream in 50/50 proportion and adjust with salt and pepper. Then Cook oyster mushroom on a pan with olive oil and a little bit of garlic. Now its Time to make the Pizza!
Begin with the cream we have made, then mozzarella and oyster mushroom. Put in the oven and at the end add flakes of parmesan cheese and fresh basil. It's done. Enjoy!!!
