I hope you had a fantastic weekend and also a great Valentine's day. This year I went to town on what I did.
I decided to prepare and cook a meal for my fiance, and she absolutely loved what i chose to cook.
For the starter I made Stilton and Mushroom tarts which I served on a bed of Wild Rocket.
And for main course I did Rib eye steak, served with Mustard mash, fried mushrooms and homemade Onion rings. Bthe Steak was cooked rare.
The whole meal went down a treat and she thoroughly enjoed it. A success 馃槈.
