Buenos dias compañeros blogger 🌻 en mi anterior post publique que tenia ganas de comer unas arepas de papa de desayuno,pero bueno entre tantos me levante, vi la hora y nos las pude preparar ayer ☺️ cosas de mamis que ya los nenes tenian hambre y no iban a esperar tanto por unas arepas,asi que bueno me toco hacer unos pancitos ayer

Good morning fellow bloggers 🌻 in my previous post I published that I wanted to eat some potato arepas for breakfast, but well among so many I got up, I saw the time and I was able to prepare them for us yesterday ☺️ mommy things that the kids were already hungry and not They were going to wait so long for some arepas, so well I had to make some rolls yesterday

Entre tantas verduras que ahi ,mis favoritas son el ocumo, la yuca,platano y la papa son tan ricas y tienen variedades para hacerse e visto esos videos de 100 maneras de hacer papa y que cosa mas rica y divina aunque muchas costosas 🫰🤭si uno no tiene el presupuesto

Bueno esto aunque no es nada del otro mundo , el olor que se percibe mientras se hace parece papa frita y todo es asado ,en las veces que e echo siempre hago empanadas de papa con pollo o mechadas pero no queria consumir tanto aceite tan temprano 🤭 otro dia si

2 Papas	2 Potatoes
Harina blanca de maiz	white corn flour
Mantequilla	Butter
Queso blanco semiduro	Semi-hard white cheese

Preparación

1 Sancochar las papitas en mi caso yo mas sancocho enteras y luego les saco la casacara ,tuve un poco de mala suerte que una de las papitas no me vino tan buena y le perdi un pedazo

1 Parboil the chips in my case I mostly parboil whole ones and then I take out the casing, I was a little unlucky that one of the chips didn't come out that good and I lost a piece

2 Las peles y les coloque un poco de mantequilla para triturarlas bien y aunque no lo coloque en ingredientes le eche un chorrito de leche para que ablandará mas rapido

3 Le coloco la harina de maiz solo un poco porque es para darle consistencia al momente de amasar y de cocinar que quede firme, al momento de tomarle la fotografía con la harina no pude sostener la luz bien ,por eso se ve oscura 🤭
