We've been digging on the deer meat lately. As I've mentioned before, we like to "reward" ourselves right away with some tastiness to help us appreciate all the hard work that goes into processing a deer after we harvest it. Along with all sorts of other tasty venison dishes, we recently enjoyed some venison tacos! Basically, it was just seasoned venison with some rough cut guacamole-type toppings served on flour tortillas. While it may not have been extravagant, it was incredibly delicious.
