I'm so glad I tried this.
Lately I've been doing a lot of cooking on my rustic, outdoor hot-smoker, and Mama-Pepper has really acquired a taste for it. After the Ram Shanks I recently smoked up, we wanted to up our game a bit and try something else. This time, I tried to hot-smoke some chicken, but kind of failed miserably.... Despite that fact, I still ended up making the best tasting chicken I can recall ever eating!!!
