Hi bloggers and food lovers! Still on the weekend snacks and sweet treats, this time I’m making something sweet with a hint of sour taste from the yogurt. It’s easy and simple to make, using just oats and chocolate as the base, you can create a sweet snack without needing many ingredients. It’s a fun and refreshing way to enjoy a cold, sweet treat. Alright, let’s get started

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 100 grams dark chocolate compound
  • a pinch of salt
  • strawberry yogurt
  • blueberry yogurt
  • parchment paper

Instructions:

  • Place the measured rolled oats into a bowl

  • Add the honey to the bowl

  • Mix the rolled oats and honey until well combined

  • Prepare a baking tray and line it with parchment paper, then spread the rolled oat and honey mixture onto the tray

  • Bake in the oven at 150°C (302°F) for 1 hour until dry and golden brown

  • Let cool on the tray, then transfer to a container

  • Prepare the chocolate compound and place it in a bowl

  • Melt the chocolate over boiling water, then add a pinch of salt

  • Pour the melted chocolate into a bowl containing the baked rolled oats

  • Stir the baked rolled oats and dark chocolate compound until well combined

  • Take one spoonful of the chocolate rolled oats and shape it into a circle on a tray and repeat until all the mixture is used up

  • Freeze the chocolate rolled oats in the freezer

  • Once frozen, remove them and add the blueberry and strawberry yogurt filling between two pieces of dark chocolate rolled oat bark

  • Return them to the freezer to freeze again

  • Dark Chocolate Oat Bark with Yogurt Filling is ready to eat
