Si bien, soy ciclista amateur, siempre estoy intentando mejorar en todos los aspectos de mi vida y obviamente, en el deporte que me apasiona, más aún; Soy mi único rival, y es por eso que en la miniatura lo exprese. Cuando vamos a las competencias, siempre nos encontramos con nuestros “rivales” de nuestras categorías y para serles sincero, obviamente que los quiero ganar siempre; Pero internamente, sé que al único que debo vencer cada día, es a mí.

Although I am an amateur cyclist, I am always trying to improve in all aspects of my life and obviously, in the sport that I am passionate about, even more so; I am my only rival, and that is why I expressed it in the thumbnail. When we go to competitions, we always meet our "rivals" of our categories and to be honest with you, obviously I always want to beat them; but internally, I know that the only one I have to beat every day is me.

Siempre, es muy importante, prácticamente en todo lo que hacemos en nuestras cotidianidades, tener una tercera opinión; Es por eso que me apalanco del entrenador, para avanzar como ciclista y como deportista. Vengo realizando fondos (trayectos largos), y es por eso que ahora queremos trabajar trayectos cortos, pero INTENSOS. Según el entrenador, una competencia es la suma de muchos trayectos cortos.
It is always very important, practically in everything we do in our daily lives, to have a third opinion; that's why I leverage the coach, to advance as a cyclist and as an athlete.
I've been doing long rides, and that's why now we want to work on short but INTENSE rides. According to the coach, a competition is the sum of many short rides.
Realice las diferentes pasadas, al pie de la letra y debo confesar que en algún momento, sentí el rigor del entrenamiento y como intento ser una persona integra, lo hice tal cual me lo ordenaron. Sé que estoy con exceso de peso, pero paso a paso, iremos mejorando en ese aspecto.
I performed the different passes, to the letter and I must confess that at some point, I felt the rigor of the training and as I try to be an integrated person, I did it as I was instructed. I know I am overweight, but step by step, we will improve in that aspect.
Agradezco a toda mi familia que siempre me apoya en todos mis emprendimientos; Tener el apoyo de ellos, es fundamental para lograr objetivos. Gracias a mi esposa Zuni y mi hijo Genaro, que no quiere salir en cámara, por ayudarme con las tomas con sus celulares.

Y obviamente, al niño mimado por toda la familia, que es nuestro hijo menor Don Juan; El ama lo que hago como creador de contenidos y también como deportista, y eso es, pura energía para seguir. Como todo padre, me gusta hablarle, pero más aún, me gusta darles ejemplos reales. Gracias hijo por todo lo que me das.
And obviously, to the spoiled child of the whole family, who is our youngest son Don Juan; he loves what I do as a content creator and also as an athlete, and that is pure energy to keep going.
