CHICKEN SCHNITZEL RECIPE
6 chicken breasts butter flied
1 tsp chicken spice
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp red chillies
1 tsp salt
1 small tin nestle cream
Marinate fillet in above mixture, if possible marinate overnight. Dip in breadcrumbs and fry in med hot oil till cooked through.
(I grilled my schnitzels with little olive oil sprinkled on them)
Mushroom sauce (optional)
1 punnet mushrooms (sliced)
1 tsp black pepper
Salt
Butter
250ml cream
Melt butter, add mushrooms, salt, pepper and leave to cook till water burns out, add fresh cream and cook till sauce thicken.
Layer fried chicken in platter, top with mushroom sauce and place sliced cheese on top, pop under grill so cheese melts.
