Work is stressful, it's annoying and tiring, I sometimes wish I had as much Steem as a kettle, to endeavour me quit my d..bass job.
Ohh wait..... I'm just remembered, Steem is going under, another stupid wish.
Anyway, Yesterday at work as usual
It was the boss' birthday, the old man didn't even remember.
Ater witnessing first hand, the harmony of drumming termites and chemical diffusion of under the desk dust, he finally arrived at our conference room door.
hhey.. hhey..(he exhaled, like a man who had reached the top of Everest), Monica go and ...hhey ...hhey, go and get me glucose*
opens door
Surprise!!!
HeHeHeH... yea, we did surprise him, infact we surprised him into a shock
The old man was rushed to the hospital, where upon consciousness he admitting to forgetting it was his birthday
In quote I taught it was the end, I taught it was rapture, I didn't remember it was my birthday
I guess that what big stomach and much food causes.
Later that evening he returned to the office, quite happily I must add, it was time for the after office party.
It was all Liquor and Juice, needless to say you can guess what most of us had,
Juice after a hard day's job, I dont think so.
After sometime, most were drunk, some tippsy and others plain old sober.
There was James, chatting and laughing with the Human Resource Manager, a man who hardly smiled,
And Sarah, well..... let's just say she danced, like.. danced really hard.
Everyone was chatting up stakeholders, you can't blame me for deciding to go a bit further
Me: Hello Sir, I must say, your party is more lively than I taught it would be (giggling), I mean.... I taught it'll be filled with old men and belly dancing (now laughing)
Boss: silence and cocky smile
Me: How old are you today sir? Do you.... READERS DISCRETION
I just recalled, the remaining statements were plain old mean and childish, but what can I say blame it on the liquor
Long story short, after my irresponsible comments, he bent over and whispered
"when you go home, don't come back, you are free"
Finally, the push I needed to start my tap dancing career.
This morning I woke up stoned with maturity, ohhh... I had lost my Job, my only source of livelihood
I had spent hours reflecting on my doom, who am I kidding, I can't Tap Dance
Off I went to work, to gather my pencils and mugs.
Immediately I got through the door, I heard
Hey you, why are you late, Go and attend to that system before I fire you
Same man who fired me the night before, I guess his drunkness comes in form of silence and smiles.
He kept telling his manager he didn't remember anything from the night before.
Ohh liquor, Thank you liquor.
