Friday ☀️ 7050

It was a cold and unpleasantly damp morning with thick fog, and since the last six days of work were still taking their toll on me, I just went for a “Three Bridges” loop doing interval walking. I’d already done a few intense breathing and meditation exercises, along with my daily stretching routine, at home beforehand. Other than that, today was all about resting. The fog provided photo opportunities at every turn along the way, which I’ve of course brought back for you.

Ein kalter und ungemütlich feuchter Morgen mit dickem Nebel, und da mir die letzten sechs Jobtage noch in den Knochen steckten, bin ich nur eine Drei-Brücken-Runde im Intervall-Walking gegangen. Ein paar intensive Atem- und Meditationsübungen und die täglichen Dehn- und Stretchübungen hatte ich vorher noch zu Hause gemacht. Ansonsten war heute Ausruhen angesagt. Der Nebel sorgte heute unterwegs auf Schritt und Tritt für Motive, die ich euch natürlich mitgebracht habe.
