Wednesday ☀️ 12187

Another mild morning with little wind. Once again, I only had time for a brisk “Three Bridges” walk using interval walking before the second day of the show at the convention center. No time for extended breathing and meditation exercises, so just a short, intense session after my daily stretching routine at home. Somewhere in the venue through a window, I spotted a rainbow and captured one of Berlin’s landmarks in the shot at the same time. Later, on my way from the venue to the train, I managed to shoot the sunset.

Und noch ein milder Morgen mit wenig Wind. Wieder nur Zeit für einen sportlichen Drei-Brücken-Walk im Intervall-Walking vor dem zweiten Showtag auf dem Messegelände. Keine Zeit für ausgedehnte Atem- und Meditationsübungen, also nur kurz und intensiv nach den täglichen Dehn- und Stretchübungen zu Hause. Irgendwo aus der Venue heraus habe ich einen Regenbogen entdeckt und gleichzeitig ein Wahrzeichen Berlins mit eingefangen. Später dann auf dem Weg aus der Venue zur Bahn noch eben den Sonnenuntergang festgehalten.
